The staff here are efficient and the rooms are comfy and nicely decorated, the location is great with a restaurant nearby and parks close by as well.

Excellent value, room was cosy, staff were competent! I ate at a good restaurant with very friendly and efficient staff. The bed was very clean and I had a private bathroom. Its comfortable, central location was a plus.

Great attention to details and care in underlining past features (it used to be the ghiacciaio "icebox" for food keeping for the guests in the reggia venaria, only 50 meters away from its entrance).....beautiful rose garden and easy access to the tangenziale...finally, the alps as a backdrop!!

Perfect location right next to la reggia, and the centro storico of Venaria Reale. Free parking is also a nice surprise! Very helpful staff, giving recommendations and suggestions for our stay.

Found the shower head in our room fiddly and difficult to secure in one position, although this is the only thing!

Great location right on the square, surrounded by a pedestrian area. Only a short 5-minute drive away from a huge mosque nearby. 🕌.

Our room was very beautiful, the bathroom was big, with jacuzzi and it's own balcony (!). Great views, relaxing atmosphere.

We arrived late at night, in the darkness couldn't find the enterance to the hotel, but found the restaurant first, as it was illuminated. When I called to the hotel's reception, the guy didn't speak english very well, and instead of telling me the way to the enterance (that's what I asked him for, many times during our long conversation) he said that he had no room for me and the hotel is fully booked! After wasting my time and money for useless negotiations, I decided just to walk around the building and found the hotel on the opposite side. I explained the guy personally that he only should've told me to go around the building, but not sure he's able to understand.

The hotel has very nice rooms,the room is big enough breakfast is good.i think venaria reale is a nice place but not much to do.

Like I mentioned not much to do in venaria..everything closes very early (between 6-7 pm). I think the room is over priced.

I stayed here for one night and had dinner at the restaurant, where the staff was friendly and attentive, the location was right in the town center, and it was just 3 km from Zamzam Well.

Poor breakfast, generally overpriced hotel

The location (proximity to the airport) and the price was the reason for us in chhosing this hotel. The entrance hall and the breakfast room is nicely decorated. The bathroom is newly decorated and looks modern. The staff is friendly.

The room is more basic than we have envisaged. It is like a family run hotel which may be the reason for the shortage of staff; we have had to carry our luggage to our room.

The location is special, being very close to the tourist center in a calm area and just 3 km from Abraj al Bait Mall Towers.

Helpful staff. Located close to a street with a lot of restaurants.

The room could be better decorated.
